8. How Long We Keep Your Information

• Order details and correspondence are kept for 24 months after your order is complete in case of any queries or guarantee issues.
• The personal inscription details of your memorial are deleted after 24 months unless you ask us to retain them for a potential repeat order.
• Financial records including invoices are kept for 6 years as required by HMRC.
• Contact enquiries that did not result in an order are deleted within 3 months.

9. Your Rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict your personal data, and the right to object to our use of it. To exercise any of these rights contact us on 07726 318601. We will respond within one month as required by law.

We are particularly sensitive to requests relating to memorial inscription data. Any request to delete this information will be handled promptly and with care.
